Abstract

This study discusses the management of Arabic extracurricular activities at Ma'had Al-Wafi Al-Islami, which aims to improve students' Arabic language skills and understanding of Islam. The institution is part of a growing effort to teach Arabic, which is becoming increasingly important in the contemporary world. This study aims to explore aspects of activity management, including planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring. The study utilized a qualitative research methodology and relied on data collection through interviews, observations and documents. The findings of this study discuss the role of effective management in increasing students' desire to learn Arabic, and emphasize the importance of proper planning and organization of educational activities. The research also highlights the challenges students face in learning Arabic and possible ways to increase their motivation. The study also includes an analysis of the institute's organizational structure and how the institute manages its day-to-day activities, which contribute to achieving its set educational goals. Through this study, the institute demonstrates its commitment to providing high-quality education based on the Quran and Sunnah, aiming to create a generation of Muslims who are knowledgeable and prepared to face global challenges. The Arabic Language Education Department at Al Wafi Institute does the following: 1) Planning: Developing a comprehensive work plan that includes curriculum and activities. 2) Organizing: Establishing terms of reference and coordinating activities. 3) Implementation: Following up on study activities and ensuring that objectives are achieved. 4) Monitoring: Evaluating performance and comparing results with established objectives.
