Abstract
This study examines the key challenges faced by teachers in teaching Arabic speaking and listening skills at Al-Furqan Institute, Tasikmalaya. In the context of globalization, mastering Arabic has become a critical need for Muslims, both for daily communication and religious understanding. Using a descriptive-analytical qualitative approach, the research identified both linguistic (vocabulary, grammar, phonology) and non-linguistic (teaching methods, student motivation, learning environment) obstacles. The proposed solutions include teacher training in communicative methods, the development of interactive materials, and involving native speakers to foster a more effective and engaging learning environment.
