Abstract

This study aims to reveal the fundamentals of Mohammed Inani's The Art of Translation and its application in the process of scientific translation to improve the Arabic teaching skills of Arabic language teachers at SDIT AR-Raayah. This study uses descriptive-analytical research methodology with a qualitative approach in analyzing the book The Art of Translation, which relies on the inductive method. This research achieved the following results: The conclusion of this study centers on the art of translation as a very important tool for transferring knowledge in education, especially in language education. The researcher clarifies Mohamed Anani's vision of translation as a creative translation process and considers cultural differences that require a deep understanding of the source and target languages, as well as fundamentals in linguistic skills. The research emphasizes the importance of developing teaching skills and using translation principles to facilitate the conveyance of vocabulary meaning to students who are not native speakers of the foreign language, such as in Arabic language teaching in Indonesia, especially in primary school students.
