Abstract
Arabic serves as the intellectual vessel for humans and a primary communication tool, honored by Allah as the language of the Holy Quran. Quranic quotation (Iqtibas) stands out as one of the finest rhetorical arts that bestows strength and beauty upon speech, making it an effective means to develop linguistic mastery. This research aims to identify Quranic quotations in Adham Sharqawi's "Rasail min al-Quran" (pages 8–30), understand their meanings, and determine how they can be utilized to improve students' speaking skills—specifically in dialogue and public speaking—to enable them to emulate sublime styles in daily expression. This research employs a descriptive-analytical method within a qualitative research framework, classified as library research. The researcher concluded that the book is rich in Quranic quotations employed in an engaging literary style easy for students to comprehend and imitate. Results indicate that integrating these quotations into daily dialogue and public speaking, supported by targeted exercises, significantly contributes to acquiring eloquent linguistic structures and authentic Quranic vocabulary, enabling students to speak fluent Arabic combining classical firmness with modern relevance
