Abstract
Educational terminology is one of the fundamental pillars in teaching Arabic to non-native speakers, acting as "keys" that open the horizons of scientific understanding and remove ambiguity from instructional texts. This study aims to identify the educational terms in the book "Principles of Educational Psychology" by Dr. Imad Al-Zaghoul, where the researcher indexed and analyzed 33 educational terms (such as motivation, Gestalt principles, and reinforcement). The study seeks to transform these terms from mere theoretical words memorized mechanically into practical procedural tools that help Al-Raya University students comprehend scientific material and develop their skills in analyzing complex ideas. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach and concluded by presenting a practical vision that links these terms to the development of reading comprehension skills for fifth-level students, through the application of the "Question-Answer Relationships" (QAR) strategy. The results showed that placing these terms within educational texts related to the students' reality contributed significantly to raising their efficiency in inference and linking text segments. The study recommends the necessity of focusing on teaching terminology as active thinking tools, which increases pedagogical awareness and linguistic confidence among learners, and brings them closer to precision and eloquence in scientific expression.
