Abstract
This research aims to collect the vocabulary of terms in the book Tawdīḥ al-Aḥkām (Chapter of Marriage), explain the meaning of language and the meaning of the term, and explain how to use it in developing the speaking skills of students of institute Muslim Cendekia in the seventh -grade. This research is motivated by the importance of vocabulary terms in fiqh books and their role in enriching language skills and improving students' speaking skills. In addition, seventh-grade institute Muslim Cendekia students still have difficulty in using the vocabulary of terms appropriately in speaking skills. This study uses a descriptive-analytical method by collecting vocabulary of terms from the books studied, then analyzing the linguistic meaning and meaning of the terms, and explaining their use in learning, especially in the development of speaking skills. The results of the study show that in the book there are thirty-one vocabulary terms that can be used to improve students' speaking skills. In addition, this study also shows that the use of these vocabulary through learning texts, applicative exercises, and vocabulary lists that are systematically compiled can make an effective contribution to the development of learners' speaking skills
