Abstract
This research aims to identify terminological vocabulary in Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyya's book "Rawdhatul Muhibbin," specifically within the chapters on the motives and signs of love, and to explore its application in developing speaking skills for non-native Arabic speakers. The study employs a descriptive-analytical qualitative method, utilizing library research for data collection and the Miles and Huberman model for data analysis. The research identified 47 emotional terminological terms, such as "Al-Mahabbah," "Al-Mawaddah," and "Al-Shawq," analyzing them linguistically and terminologically. The results indicate that integrating these authentic heritage texts into the curriculum bridge the gap between dictionary meanings and expressive emotional communication. The impact of this study lies in providing practical pedagogical models, such as dialogues and exercises, that enhance learners' linguistic taste and oral fluency. By connecting modern pedagogy with classical literature, the study helps students express complex human emotions with eloquence and accuracy, thereby enriching the educational content of Arabic speaking courses
