Strategi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pembelajaran di SDIT Ar Raayah Sukabumi

Abstract
This study uses a case study method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, in-depth interviews with the principal, teachers, and administrative staff, as well as documentation studies. The data are analyzed descriptively through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the educational management strategy at SDIT Ar-Raayah includes the integration of Islamic values into the curriculum, regular teacher training, learning supervision, and continuous evaluation. Active and collaborative learning is implemented, with the support of modern learning media and parental involvement. Constraints such as student character and family economic conditions are addressed with a personal approach and affordable financing programs. The principal plays a central role in building a culture of quality through exemplary behavior and direct control over all learning activities. The conclusion of this study shows that structured and contextual Islamic education management strategies can significantly improve the quality of learning. These results are important as a reference for other Islamic educational institutions in developing effective and spiritually valuable management models.
