Abstract

Arabic language comes from the arabian jazirah purely from its speakers and is free from the influence of other languages. Arabic people in the pre-islamic and early islamic eras spoke true arabic following the pure nature of their language. When the islamic state developed through several conqusdts of non arab countries, many arab mixed with them from the romans, persians, abyssinia. So that errors in language began to occur in grammar in dialogue. For this resson a grammar svhool was established known as almadaris alnahwiyyah. Among the famous and earliest are the bahsrah and the kufah. This study aims to describe the two schools, the factors of their establishment, the differences between the two, and the books written about both. This study follows a descriptive qualitative approach in which researches describe and analyze topics based on available data and information. Data were collected through books, theses, and articles that discuss the topic. Research proves that the difference between the two schools lies in the methods and perspectives adopted in taking and validating the language. As for the differences in terminology and naming, they do not have much influence on grammar.
