Abstract
This study explores innovative learning approaches tailored to the needs of Generation Z and Generation Alpha, grounded in Aisyah Dahlan’s educational management perspective. In the context of rapid digital advancement, Generation Alpha—comprising children born between 2010 and 2025—exhibits distinct traits that demand transformative strategies in education. The proposed approach prioritizes a responsive curriculum design, the integration of digital technologies, and the enhancement of social and emotional competencies. Utilizing a literature review method, the study reveals that innovations such as interactive media, student collaboration, and project-based learning significantly boost student motivation and engagement. Furthermore, effective educational management must actively involve parents and the broader community to foster a supportive learning environment. These insights are expected to inform the development of more adaptive and forward-thinking educational policies for future generations.
