Abstract

Editorial expression skill or written expression skill is one of the most important language skills for its learners. But still, lot of the learners have a weakness in this skill. According to this reality, this research aims to identify ways to develop the written expression skill among non-native Arabic language learners by utilizing Quranic quotations. This research is a qualitative research that relies on sentences and phrases. The research methodology followed in this research is the descriptive and analytic method. After completing the research process, the researcher revealed that one of the ways to develop the written expression skill among non-native Arabic language learners by utilizing Quranic quotations is to employ quotations in formatting it into complete sentences, training in writing short stories, and in composing Arabic poetry.
