Abstract
The importance of this study lies in its focus on a modern and effective educational tool for teaching Arabic listening skills to non-native speakers, particularly beginners. It provides an interactive and flexible learning environment that responds to the individual needs of learners and enhances their motivation toward self-directed and contemporary digital learning. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of using the Telegram application as an educational tool for developing Arabic listening skills among non-native speakers, particularly beginners. The researcher highlights the importance of utilizing the app's features, such as voice message sharing, short quizzes, polls, and educational video uploads, to create a flexible and interactive learning environment that helps learners improve their listening comprehension and develop language proficiency. The application also allows teachers to monitor student performance and provide immediate feedback, which further enhances the effectiveness of the teaching process. The results of the study indicate that Telegram is a comprehensive and effective educational tool for improving listening skills in an interactive and modern learning setting.
