Abstract

The biography of the Prophet Muhammad shalallahu ‘alaihi wasallam is a valuable source of inspiration and knowledge for Muslims. It is the basic reference for understanding and applying Islam, as well as for obtaining guidance and success in this world and the hereafter. This research aims to find out the role of the book Rawdat Al-Anwar fi sirat al-nabi al-mukhtar in developing the reading skill of first-semester female students at STIBA Ar-Raayah. The type of this research is field research. The researcher used some data collection tools, including data analysis using Ms. Excel Fitur Analysis Data. The extracted result of the regression equation was that the relationship between the independent variable (X) Rawdat Al-Anwar fi sirat al-nabi al-mukhtar and the dependent variable (Y) reading skill development was 0.369795261 or equivalent to 14%, which indicates a low positive relationship between the variables.
