Abstract

One of the educational tools that utilizes technology to develop students' language skills is Baamboozle. This study aims to use the Baamboozle website in dictation lessons. This study uses a qualitative methodology, where data is collected from library sources, such as articles, books, magazines, documents, and so on. The results of the study indicate that Baamboozle includes opportunities for independent learning, asking questions by creating a free account on the site, and how to play Baamboozle in dictation lessons. The weaknesses of Baamboozle include limited features, cannot create an account, cannot ask and answer questions, cannot log in to start the game, and can only be played by one team so that it can cause negative behavior in students when using the media. The advantages of "Bamboozle" are that it can be accessed without having to create an account, can ask various questions, can be used for all levels of education, and can be accessed via mobile computers or mobile phones.
